She attended the Swedish Institute from 2009 to 2010, where she received her AOS (Associate in Occupational Science). She has extensive experience working with clients with neurological muscular dystrophy and orthopedic disorders. Her work applies deep tissue medical massage techniques and shiatsu (Japanese acupressure massage techniques). Sidney became an LAc in the summer of 2023 and holds an MSTOM in acupuncture and herbology.
