Happy International Day of Yoga! Though yoga is many thousands of years old, today, June 21st, 2021 marks the 7th International Day of Yoga since its inception by the United Nations back in 2014. If you haven’t already, take some time today and connect with your body through some yoga poses, connect with your breath by practicing some pranayama, and connect with your spirit through meditation.

For thousands of years yoga has been helping people achieve greater wellness, balance, and connection of body, mind, and spirit. More than that, the yogic sciences are designed in such a way that with dedicated and consistent practice they can change an “ordinary human†into an extraordinary enlightened being.

Does that sound too good to be true? It’s not. Don’t just take our word for it though, come and experience it for yourself with our AAS Yoga Teacher Program in San Diego. Dive deep into the history, philosophy, and practice of the yogic sciences including asana, pranayama, meditation, Ayurveda, marma, and a whole lot more! The world needs yoga now more than ever. Learn to share this profound wisdom and watch as the world changes for the better.
